The Sol Y Mar Condominiums are located in
Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste on the northwest
Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Playa Hermosa

Offering lavish ocean views of Hermosa’s
lovely volcanic sand beach, Sol y Mar is
nestled in a restful, tropical and secluded
setting. Lush landscaping creates an
ambiance of elegance and tranquility, which

pool area or from the seclusion of their

large main pool, as well as a jacuzzi and a

are total of three separate three story buildings.
Most of the units have ocean views. Some have both
ocean and pool views and others have garden views.

exterior facades have tremendous character which is

ambiance of elegance and tranquility.
All
of the condominiums are three bedrooms, three full
bathrooms with two master bedrooms. The showers of
the two master bedrooms have a wonderful built in
garden feature that makes them truly unique. The
interior design provides for an abundance of
natural light. The large expansive living rooms,
kitchens and dining rooms are complimented by
spacious terraces. The main terraces have built in
barbecues with a small wet bar areas.
