The
house is in the gated community of Palo Alto. It has
3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, a garage, a pool with
waterfall running into it and a covered patio. There
is a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave,
coffeemaker, stove, refrigerator and freezer. You
will also find a washer and dryer, great
furnishings, air conditioning and an incredible view
of the ocean.
The
Master Bedroom has a king size bed with private
patio and view. The second bedroom has a Queen size
bed and another wonderful view. The third bedroom
has two full beds and a mountain view.
The
house sleeps six very comfortably. It's a fabulous
place to get away from the city, recapture some
romance or just use it as a staging area to explore
Costa Rica.

I spent a week here

Flew into Liberia,
rented a car and 20 minutes later was at
Linda Vista. Great mountain-top area at
Playa Hermaosa with a breathtaking view
of the ocean, landscape and sunset.

Recently we made a
trip down to Playa Hermosa to scout out
some real estate and we stayed at Linda
Vista. After looking around at what real
estate was available in the excellent
area of Playa Hermosa I was ready to
make an offer to the owner to buy Linda
Vista! It has it all. It's The Bomb.
Infinity pool, dramatic sunsets, walking
distance to the beach, security, and
plenty of space and all the comforts of
home.
Playa Hermosa is also an excellent
choice with its' close proximity to
Liberia Airport and its quiet beach.
